Current roommate is buying her first home and so, I am now looking for a roommate to move in on ether December 1st or January 1st, great location walking distance from Hurdman station, perfect for both Carleton and Ottawa U students, building has plenty of Amenities (Tennis court, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, great little store downstairs, large balcony, bike room, parking garage), no smoking inside the apartment but very nice large balcony for it if needed, apartment is kept clean and tidy most of the time (we all have our ruff weeks :P),

There are 2 rooms of different sizes I don't mind having ether or, larger room pays 25$ a month more (585$ for small room and 610$ for larger room).
Hydro and internet not included in the price, comes up to about 60$ each per month
Parking is available at 45$ for outdoor or 55$ Indoor
Main living areas are all furnished only your room needs furniture as you require.
I am a Carleton graduate, working for the CRA(Canada Revenue Agency) downtown Ottawa so I'm away during the week days, and I play and coach Carleton water polo so am busy often for practices in the evening, if you have any concerns or questions of any sorts just ask, I'm glad to answer.
