We're looking for responsible professional female, student or co-op student or International ESL students only for September 1. We don't have big parties so our place is quiet, clean and comfortable.
The room is a good size and come furnished. Shared common areas are the kitchen and dining areas which are equipped with stainless steel appliances (Stove, Fridge, Microwave and BBQ!). Full laundry facilities are included. The two washrooms and the private backyard are also shared with everyone.
Parking is available in the yard beside the home. We are walking distance to the Walkley transit station and the Greenboro transit station which also has access to the O-train. We also have buses directly on Bank St which is 2 min walk. The options provide you with only a short bus ride Carleton U and Ottawa U or Algonquin College. We are within walking distance to South Keys Shopping Centre and Billing's Bridge Mall.
Rent is on a 12 month term basis. First and last month's rent is required. All utilities are included in rent (water, gas, electricity). Unlimited high speed wireless internet is also included.
Are restrictions are: Non-smokers, no drugs, no pets, no peanuts due to food allergies, no overnight guest.
We do not offer meals for students (not a homestay), we expect them to cook in our fully equipped kitchen.
