A couple and a dog share the master bedroom, and a male student is moving into the smallest bedroom. other dogs welcome, unfortunately no cats due to allergies. (Or if a cat is owned we're ok with ensuring that it stays in a room at all times)
Available may 1st, the second biggest room (Room 1 in picture). There is a washroom, and a furnished living room, kitchen, dining room and balcony. Laundry is down the hall, on every level.
Pool available in the summer.
Hydro and internet not included but split four ways is less that 30/month .
This is a one years lease May until May, and option to stay after month to month :)
Busses all located two minutes walk from apartment, 104 goes directly to Carleton, 87/98/99/97 all go to uottawa, 118 goes to Algonquin St.Pauls and Ottawa/Riverside hospital are also all within walking distance. Corner store two apartments down, and billings bridge is two bus stops or walking distance away!
