Will have a mostly furnished room for rent starting November 25th. Location is in Sandy Hill in nice cozy two bedroom stacked townhouse with a private backyard. Steps to buses. I drive so shopping is not an issue.
I am looking to rent my extra room to a student or someone that is in the same situation, where the rent will be quite cheap (rent geared to income).
I have some health issues but am independent and require that someone be home in the evenings and overnight. I require no personal care at all but sometimes need help dragging in groceries or lifting things.
I am a SWF early 50's don't drink, smoke or do drugs. NOT into drama.
