This beautiful and large 2-bedroom apartment has a master bedroom available for rent. The building is very well maintained, and one of the best in the location for the price (I had to look high and low for it!). I have lived here for over 3 years, and my roommate for 2 years, and we love it. Unfortunately she's leaving Ottawa, so now I need someone to take her spot.
It's available either from May-September (4 months), or longer term.
The apartment is fully furnished, but not the bedroom being rented. If you have your own living room/dining room furniture, there might be space for it as my roommate is taking a few items when she leaves.
The building has a gym, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna, as well as a small park and a tennis court. It's within walking distance to the Rideau River, so it's great for biking/walking in the summer! It's also a short bus ride to OttawaU (8 min) and downtown (15 min). It's right next to the transit way, so wait times for the buses going downtown are usually under 5 minutes.
I am an easygoing, clean female young professional, and looking for a roommate who is also easygoing, responsible, and clean, whether male or female. The room is available starting May 1st, but could be available two weeks before if needed. Also, I have a sweet and quiet adult cat.
Hydro, internet, and insurance are not included in rent. Parking is available for $45 outdoor, or $55 indoor.
First and last month's rent required when signing.
