We are two younger guys looking for a 3rd person to move into our apartment. The rent is 550.00 and includes utilities, private laundry and storage, telephone, moderate furniture in the apartment. The kitchen and washroom are both completey renovated.
The location is perfect. The neighbourhood is very quiet. We are located only minutes from major bus routes, downtown, also grocery stores including discount stores like freshco and independant are only blocks away. We are the main level of a Triplex so there is not a lot of stairs, nor a lot of neighbours to contend with. We are very very quiet people however, so this is not usually an issue also the landlord lives in the apartment above us.
So, basically, if you are looking for a nice, quiet, affordable place to live with a couple laid back guys who are very easy to get along with then drop us a line.
First and last, also 420 and 'rainbow' friendly.
