I have 2 rooms for rent (out of 3)
* $550/month or $600/month (bigger room) and includes all utilities, laundry and high speed wireless internet (unlimited).
* 35 min bus ride into downtown core
* 30 min walk to Cineplex Movie Theatre and large Gloucester Plaza
* Right on the doorstep of La Cité collégiale, National Research Council and Montfort Hospital
* One large spacious bedroom with lots of light in the basement
* Shared (with 1 male, and another potential tenant) spacious new bathroom, dining area and kitchenette - cleaned at least once a month.
* Room is furnished with bed, mattress, desk, dresser and chair! You'll need your own bedding/pillow etc.
* Parking available (additional cost)
* Available from 1 May 2017 (smaller room, the other is available from 1 July 2017), 4 month term minimum. Sublet possible.

* Rénové et nettoyer la maison.
* Les espaces communs sont nettoyés une fois par mois (minimum) pour votre commodité. L'endroit est vraiment propre!
* Disponible de Mai 1, 2017 (une chambre, autre chambre 1 Julliet 2017)! Préférez un année bail, mais au moins de 4 mois est ferme.
