A minute walk to bus stop and 1 bus to Ottawa U and downtown ( Bus 8 or 106 to Hurdman). All utilities are included, as well as internet. Fully furnished with bed, dresser, desk & chair and use of the common areas including bath, kitchen, living and dining rooms and laundry.
