The monthly rental rate includes heat and hot water (hydro for lights & plugs extra). Parking is $35 per month per vehicle. Self- defrosting fridge and stove as well as mini blinds are included. Laundry facilities on the ground floor of each building and security key or intercom access only. Hardwood flooring and tiles, no carpets. All 2nd and 3rd floor units have balconies. A cash/money order deposit of one month's (last month) rent is required to process the application.
**Rental rate includes a 2% prompt payment discount.
***Our application process involves a credit check, a confirmation of income, a previous landlord check and a criminal background check. All occupants of the unit over the age of 17, must complete the criminal check but do not need to be on the lease. Proof of Renters Insurance is required at the time of lease signing.
