Our apartments are all located in one of eighteen three-story walk-up buildings along Millcraft Crescent and Irwin Miller Road. We keep our village clean, vibrant and quiet, and we are conveniently located near all major amenities. Nearby are grocery stores, LCBO, public libraries and recreation centres, health clinics, schools and the St. Laurent shopping centre are all very close: the website walkscore.com gives our buildings a score of 87/100 for convenience; a score very difficult to achieve without being located downtown.
Village Millcraft Apartments is also a proud, long standing member of the Crime Free Multi Housing Program with the City of Ottawa Police Services, because our tenants' peace of mind comes first and foremost.
Parking spaces are plentiful and offered at a rate of $35/month. Each building has laundry facilities on the ground floor, a security key to offer peace of mind, and intercom access.
Processing the application requires a last month rent deposit, a credit history check, confirmation of income, a previous landlord check and security check. All occupants over the age of 17 must complete the application, but do not need to be lease-holders. We require all tenants to hold up-to-date rental insurance.
